In 2003 my wife and I purchased a lot in Pelican Point, Burnside, LA, from the developer, Doug Diez. The only issue was that the foundation of my home would be extremely close to the lake bank which is adjacent to the lot. The developer and I agreed that he would install a bulkhead in the area of the proposed home foundation and he left it up to me to select a contractor for the installation.
I chose KGB Waterfront Construction, LLC for the project based on work that they had performed in CCLA. It has been almost thirteen years since the installation was completed and there have been NO issues and I'm very pleased with their work. The things that have impressed me were their work ethics and the fact that they will stand behind their warranty. If ever I had to have another bulkhead installed on any waterway, I'd choose KGB.

It is without hesitation that we recommend KGB Waterfront of St. Amant, LA for your next bulkhead project. Our first project with the KGB Waterfront team was 10 years ago in Belle River, LA. They were professional, responsive and diligent as they prepared our lot and boat house for bulkhead materials. The project had a few challenges but KGB Waterfront resolved the issues and the bulkhead still stands firm today. When our HOA in Thibodaux, LA elected to pursue a bulkhead project to combat lake erosion, we called Brandon at KGB Waterfront for consultation on bulkhead restriction language and a proposal option to include design and completion. We used Brandon's recommendations for style and materials. We are now enjoying a beautiful bulkhead that enhances the look and value of our property and will resist erosion for years to come. Outstanding work. Second time I've had KGB work for me, I have 60 feet of seawall 120 feet of boat dock and a new boat shed. I can't say enough good things about KGB. If I ever need this type of work done again, this is the only company I will contact.
